About Me

My name is Samaria, and I am a passionate Lifelong Vegan who turned my lifestyle into a profession. I created a small wellness business and helped many people from all around the world to create their new vegan lifestyle.

I am a Certified Holistic Wellness Health Coach, Mindfulness Wellness Coach, Health and Nutrition Life Coach, and Vegan Nutrition Health Coach.

I have been helping people understand the importance of veganism and supporting them with their transition for over 15 years. I love what I do because it’s my passion to help people understand the philosophy and moral stance that supports living in harmony with nonhuman animals and leaving them out of our food, clothing, entertainment, products, and labor.

This is important in itself, but there are also a host of specific reasons why living a vegan lifestyle not only creates an impact on individuals, but also to our collective future.

​

Science has confirmed that a well balanced vegan diet can easily provide all the nutrients we need to thrive. Government health experts worldwide are finally catching up with the large body of scientific evidence demonstrating that a vegan diet is not only a viable option for people of any age, but that eating plant foods instead of animal-based foods can confer significant health benefits, including reduction in incidence of diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart attack, stroke, and some types of cancer.

Eating vegan is about what you can eat, not what you can’t eat. It’s a way to explore delicious new foods that heal and nourish your body. It’s a way to choose kindness every time you sit down to a meal. It’s a way to make connections with new people and feel more connected to your community. And above all, veganism is a deeply powerful way to create a more compassionate, intentional world we all imagine.
